DF821 is a low modulus, high displacement capacity neutral RTV silicone sealant.
It is neutral curing, no corrosion to the surface to be bonded, suitable for coated glass, float glass, wood materials, aluminum profiles, galvanized steel,masonry and other materials

6.General instruction for use
NOTE: Before application, remove all impurities and contaminants such as grease, dust, water, frost,surface contamination,residual sealant, glazing attachments and protective coatings that remain in the joints and fittings.

1.Instal the backing material, isolation spacers, spacer spacers and tapes as required. Masking tape should be used in the area connected to the seam to ensure the clean and beautiful appearance of the sealant.

2.For non-porous materials, it is usually not necessary to apply primer to have good adhesion. However, for some porous materials,primer may be needed to ensure good adhesion. It is recommended that before the project starts. Do a cohesive test.

3.Continuously squeeze and fill the DF821 silione weatherproof sealant (the sealant can be constructed using pneumatic glue guns and other glue injection equipment). When using a pneumatic gun,adjust the operating pressure to prevent air bubbles from being
generated during the injection.

4.When the surface of the sealant has not been skinned, the sealant is flattened on the backing material and the surface of the joint with appropriate force, and the surface of the sealant is smoothed.

5.After the leveling is completed, immediately remove the masking tape. Do not use liquids such as water, soapy water or alcohol to help level.

7.Limitations
1. DF-821 is not approved for structural glazzing applications.
2. DF-821 must not be used in food, medical or pharmaceutical applications.
3.It is users responsibility to confirm DF828 meets the requirements of the application.
4. Materials that cannot be used to exude grease, plasticizers or solvents
5. Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces
6.The surface temperature of the construction material should be between 15°C and 27 C.Itis not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the material is lower than or exceeds 40°℃.
7.Not suitable for use in tight airtight places
8.Not suitable for continuous water immersion or perennial wet places

8.Storage conditions
DF821 should be stored in dry areas and temperature below 25 degrees

9.Shelf life
12 months after production date under the above storage conditionsin the original unopened container.

10.Safety and hygiene
1.Uncured DF-821 may cause skin irritation. When handling the products, take care to avoid contact with the skin and mucous membranes by wearing protective glasses and protective gloves. In case of skin contact, immediately wipe off with dry cloth and then flush thoroughly with running water.

When using, be careful not to rub eyes with hands. In case of accidental eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes and then seek medical attention. Contact len wearers must take special care.If the products get into the eye, the contact lens may become stuck to the eye.

2.Be sure to provid adequate ventilation when using the products. During curing, a small amount of Methanol gas is gradually generated. If you become uncomfortable with it, move to an area with fresh air immediately.

3.KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
